History:

In 1949, the "Naturfeunde" (nature lovers) started building a ski jump in Waldkreuth above Wolfpassing. The opening competition of the ski jump at Wolfpassinger Berg took place in 1952, with top jumpers from Zell am See, Bischofshofen, Semmering, and Vienna also taking part. The ski jump was used for competitions until the late 1950s.
